All subscribers have access to standard support. Certain services include priority support. 

You may contact our support team using one of two different options:

  • Login to your account, navigate towards your subscriptions and click on GET HELP. Therein, create a ticket for the service of your interest. Responses are available and visible in your account. No need to register in the portal, nor to remember usernames or passwords. It's a smooth process.
  • Create an account at the support portal - not mandatory.  

Priority support available in certain services is only valid for trading related issues. In this case you may use collaborative tools to request help in real time. This is the most efficient tool.
